Vespasiano's plant is strategically located in the Industrial District of Vespasiano, just 30 km from downtown Belo Horizonte, 15 km from Confins International Airport and 2 km from Porto Seco Ferroviário.

The Industrial District is on the edge of Highway MG-10 (Green Line) that connects it to the main road network in the region, allowing the production flow by BR-262, BR-040 and BR-381.

The factory is installed on a land with a 170,000 m² area, in a single plateau, and has infrastructure for the production of large sized electro mechanical equipment in a 20.000 m² total area.
