1990
Small plant that already provides complex integrated solutions, with expertise in various engineering disciplines. Working in mining, steel, asbestos cement and food industry.

1997
As a result of activities diversification, the group began operating in the banking automation industry. The transfer of the facilities for the Industrial District of Jatobá expanded the manufacturing capacity. There was a positive market response.

2002
The Group acquires a 110,000 m² industrial area in Vespasiano, still keeping its unit in the Industrial District of Jatobá. Among its features there are: 4500 m² warehouse, 80t load lifting capacity, large sized machining equipment, auxiliary warehouses for jet and painting and oxycutting areas for the preparation of parts, wide road and communications infrastructure, 1,000 m².offices. With the consequent expansion of the group, the total land occupied became 170,000 m² with a 20,000 m² building area.

2005
Acquisition of multinational APW Brazil Ltda. located in Campinas - SP, changing its name to Tecnometal Equipment Ltda. The unit of safes in Distrito Industrial do Vale do Jatobá was then closed and Tecnometal Equipment Ltda. became the largest manufacturer of safes for banking automation in Latin America.

2007
Acquisition of Koch do Brasil, a German company and a leading supplier of tubular conveyors and yard machine manufacturers, thus expanding the group's ability to offer diversified products and solutions with the highest quality level.

2010
Acquisition of Placadur Indústria Metalúrgica Ltda., a flooring boards manufacturer, located in Sumaré - Sao Paulo. With this acquisition, TECNOMETAL consolidates itself in the market as a manufacturer of wear plates produced in special steels, with its own or client’s project, following the most rigorous quality standards.
